What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

We suggest that you check the carrier's website to see if your order has been placed at a pick-up point so you can collect it. If there is no shipping update on the carrier's website, please contact us so we can check the situation with them. If your order is dropped off at a pick-up point, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. Please note that if you do not pick up your order within the time frame indicated by the carrier, your order will be returned to our returns center, and a refund will be processed. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
