If you wish to receive your order in an authorized store, you must pick it up within 30 days. During promotions or special campaigns, in-store delivery may be temporarily unavailable. Delivery times for personalized items may be up to an additional 5 business days and may be shipped separately.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

We recommend checking the carrier's website to see if your package has been left at a pickup point for collection. If no update is available on the carrier's site, please contact us to check the status with the carrier.

If your package is left at a pickup point, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. Note that if you do not collect your order within the specified time, it will be returned to our returns center and a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

My order appears as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What can I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us to verify with the carrier.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time will be informed at checkout. You can track it from your account or here.
You will also receive email notifications as your order is prepared.

Can I change the shipping method?

It's not possible to change the shipping method.
However, if you chose home delivery, you can change the address if the order status is "Order Confirmed" or "Order in Progress." Please inform us of the new address through the form available here.

Do I need to pay any additional fees for my shipment?

Due to different customs policies and import duties, Parfois cannot anticipate the exact amount of taxes or additional costs that may apply once the package has reached the destination country. If in doubt, contact the local services in the destination country before purchasing for a more accurate understanding of potential duties and taxes.
